Future tense

As we saw in class we use FUTURE TENSE for actions we are going to do in the future
But there are two different ways :
    1- Something  already PLANNED----We use: Be+GOING to+ INFINITIVE/ PRESENT CONTINUOS.
2- Something that is UNPLANNED -( That comes about in a conversation)--We use WILL+INFINITIVE

Fill in the gaps using GOING TO  or WILL:
Mary - My hair is dirty . I--------------------------- (wash) it.
Brian- Oh, but you told me, you were going to help me with the dinner.
Mary- O.K. I------- (help) you, and afterwards I---------------- my hair.

Something that is UNPLANNED - ( something that comes about in a conversation) --- We use
